- I seem to remember reading somewhere that pyschologists are now
- using the paradigm of systems theory to gain insights into relationships
- and to suggest new ways of changing problematic behaviour in relationships.
-
- I was wondering if anyone know of similar work/info on, or has ideas on how
- to apply systems theory to changing ones own behaviour/habits.
-
- thanks.
