- I am using refer (grefer) with numbering format. So if a reference
- is at the end of the sentence, I need to put a period (.)right after
- the citation. I cannot put it right after ".]" since it will make
- the number not to be superscipt. I need to putt he period at the
- beginning of next line.
-
- But troff treats every line starts with "." as a command line and this
- line will be ignored. I tried several possible ways and the only
- woprk around I have now is to put "\ " in front of the period. But
- that introduices an extra space between the citation of the period.
-
- Does anyone know how to do it?
-
- Thanks.
