  14. Hi!  I was wondering if its possible to remap the VI keys so that
  15. when I press "End" it goes to the end of a line, and when I press
  16. "home" it goes to the beginning of a line, and when I press "control
  17. page Down" it goes to the end of a document, and when I press "control
  18. page Up" it goes to the beginning of a document!  This is most
  19. frustrating!
