- Thanks very much to the readers of this newsgroup who have helped me
- get my Alto up and running.
-
- For my next quest, I recently acquired several 1108's from which I'd
- like to at least try to assemble one that works. However, I have no
- documentation and know that none of the systems work "out of the box"
- (out of the dumpster might be closer to the truth). If anyone has any
- spare 1108 manuals (hardware especially!), or could copy any for me,
- please let me know. I'd also be very interested in hearing from
- anyone with a spare OS distribution. Assuming that I get a system
- running, it would be great to have an OS set on hand, in case the
- disks are trashed.
-
- In general, I'd like to hear from anyone who has one of these
- running. I's appreciate any tips or insights you could share.
-
- Thanks!
