  11. I've been offered a 40 meg drive, essentially for free, for my Tandy 1000 SL.

  13. The question: how difficult is it to install this? As far as I can determine
  14. from the docs that came with my system, it's just a matter of mounting the 
  15. drive as the controller card is already on the motherboard. 
  16.  
  17. What, if any, jumpers/DIP switches do I have to set? 
  18. I'm using the stock CGA video.

  20. Its an IDE drive, I believe a Maxtor.

  22. Any advice or experiences greatly appreciated!
