  15. We have three Sun 690/MP with four processors each, running 4.1.2
  16.  
  17. We have a CPU upgrade to SuperSparc included, and the question is:
  18. Can we replace the CPU chips without changing to Solaris 2 ? 
  19. Currently I have two answers: 
  20. One version is OK, no problem.
  21. The other is NO, there is no 4.1.2 sun4m support for SuperSparc. Any experiences?
