- SMD drives are no longer supported, starting with the 600MP family.

- I believe that you can contract with Sun's Special Projects Engineering
- for this support, but you will be better off moving to modern SCSI drives
- which are faster, denser etc. If you insist on the Specials path, try
- your salescritter for information.
