  22. I asked my local Sun sales rep about this (after buying a lemon from 
  23. a reseller), and he indicated the RTU was supposed to be transferred 
  24. to me by the reseller.

  26. I also asked someone at 800.usa.4sun and they indicated about the same
  27. thing. She said that someone (?) could track down WHO had the RTU given 
  28. the hostid, but she didn't know exactly who to refer me to (other that my 
  29. local sales rep).
