- Yes, but ONLY for the version that was currently shipping at the time the
- machine was bought. You are not legally able to run later versions of the
- OS without paying for an upgrade, or having a software support contract
- from Sun.

- There are also questions about how the RTU is applied. The understanding I
- have is that the RTU is granted to the original purchaser of the machine,
- and is NOT transferrable if you sell the machine.
