  13. Hi folks,

  15. We are the unfortunate(?) possessors of one of Sun's 1/4" tape drives, and
  16. wonder if there is any way to add data to a tape that already has stuff on
  17. it.  tar's "a" and "u" options seem to work with everything but this drive.
  18.  
  19. Also, does anyone out there know the density and number of tracks of DC6250
  20. and DC600 tapes?  I can only find info about the DC6150 (it's getting 
  21. irritating to use up 150MB tapes for 20 MB worth of backup.)
