  12. I have to integrate a couple of new NextStation in the Campus network.
  13. I have seen that handling next is not so simple like a real Unix. It seems to be
  14. an interface layer between Unix and Next. For instance when I introduce a local
  15. user no change is made to passwd, but when I manually edit passwd, the user is
  16. recognized. How is it possible?
  17. I also need to shadow password on the nextstation, but no option to do that is
  18. in the manual. And finally, the next cannot print to the apple printers on
  19. ethernet, because of some errors in the postscript.
  20. Is there a FAQ to which I can refere to do the job? Anybody had my same
  21. difficulties, and overall is there a way to make Next a normal Unix sensible
  22. to modifications to standard configuration files?
