  12. Okay.  We finally bought a reasonable size external SCSI disk to supplement
  13. the little 105 that came with our NeXTstation.  We installed NextStep on it
  14. and are now booting from it.  So far, so good.
  15.  
  16. Now I would like to reuse the 105 for something else.  I have several ideas,
  17. but they all require that the disk mount into the Unix filesystem somewhere
  18. other than at the / level.  Basically, I would like to override whatever is
  19. automatically mounting the sucker as /diskname and mount it somewhere else
  20. like I would do with any other Unix system.

  22. If this is in a FAQ file somewhere, or in the NextStep 2.x manuals (we don't
  23. have the 3.0 docs yet, just the OS), by all means please just point me in
  24. the right direction.  Otherwise, if someone could be kind enough to tell me
  25. how to do this via e-mail, I will be happy to summarize to the group.
