- This is very similar to the question I had asked regarding opening a
- TeX file in Edit and not in TeXView. Since saying similar problems
- have similar solutions is true here. I will post the solution of a
- couple of people who sent me the soltion to give them the credit.
-
- SUBSTITUTE .wn FOR .tex and it should work
-
- Here is the solution mailed to me by Dimitri, Similar solutins were
- posted
- by others
-
- Open inspector when opening a .tex file. Press command-3. Click on
- Edit
- and press Set Default button. Now all .tex files will open in Edit.

-
- Other options:
-
- - Bring up the Tools Inspector and double click the
- application that you want to open the file. This doesn't
- change
- the default.
-
- - Drag the file to the Edit icon (in your Dock or somewhere on
- the screen) while holding down the Command key and drop
- the
- file onto the Edit icon. Edit will try to open the file.
