There are a lot of great demo's of commercial products on the Net. DataPhile, Create (from Stone) are nice apps that I use a lot. ImageViewer is a great app for opening all kinds of different graphic formated files. I love the 'juke box' feature of sndMucker (yea I know he's not interested in sound, but if you have an OD full of music this is a fun feature). Actually there is an awful lot of great software out there--and much of it comes with the source code! I love Newsgrazer, but its not much use if
you dont have access to the net.

also your friend may be interested in our monoLib CD rom product that is 2 CDs full of NeXT software. Its kinda like bringing a little part of the Net back home on CD.
