  17. free U.S. shipping, which probably brings the over-all discount to 
  18. 20% or so from the base 15% implicit in our special Usenet price.  
  19. All orders must be paid in advance (by check, Visa, or MasterCard) 
  20. to receive that price.

  23. individual titles or for other Addison-Wesley books (eg., the 
  24. PostScript books) ordered at the same time, with a 5% discount if 
  25. the total order exceeds $60 at list price and a 10% discount if it 
  26. exceeds $240.

  30. please let me know.  We prefer to receive orders by e-mail, but 
  31. they should include phone and, if available, fax numbers too,

  34. I am no longer taking orders for the Garfinkel/Mahoney book because 
  35. it was too time-consuming and difficult handling our first 105 
  36. copies.  If you really want that series, Springer-Verlag, the 
  37. publisher, will be happy to sell to you directly; then you can call 
  38. _them_ instead of calling me when they don't ship as promised.  I 
  39. can't spare that much of my assistant's time or my own.
