  21. This is the (not very helpful) error you get when you forget to create the
  22. /user_temp directory... expand needs to dump a bunch of crud in there, and
  23. if it can't create those files it will bomb out at this point.  Just create
  24. the /user_temp dir and ACL it wide-open.
