  14. I guess I have found the solution myself.
  15. To create a pop-up menu with ResEdit:
  16.     edit the CTNL by filling in the CTNL fields
  17.     in the order specified in (New) IM: Toolbox Essential
  18.     page 5-26. (Read also the IMPORTANT note on page 5-27)
  19. The dialog Manager will take care of the popup menu creation.
