- Just like the only sensible policy for 30-minutes-or-less pizza delivery is
- for the drivers to speed, so the business can cover more territory without
- paying higher costs of hiring more drivers, etc. That's a money-saving
- policy, until the cops catch you, and your insurance rates go through the
- roof, and your business goes under.
