  20. Just like the only sensible policy for 30-minutes-or-less pizza delivery is
  21. for the drivers to speed, so the business can cover more territory without
  22. paying higher costs of hiring more drivers, etc. That's a money-saving
  23. policy, until the cops catch you, and your insurance rates go through the
  24. roof, and your business goes under.

  26. I agree that high prices of software is a major problem. But piracy is a
  27. short-term panacea that results in long-term widely distributed higher
  28. costs.
