  14. 1) Where can I get a copy of BalloonWriter or another thing that
  15. allows relatively easy creation of Help resources?

  17. 2) Does anyone know of sources for alternate script systems to work
  18. with 7.1?

  20. 3) Is there any documentation on the new elements of 7.1 from a
  21. programming standpoint?
