  13. Hi,
  14. I am looking for a software or C source to do the following:
  15.         -open an rgb image from tiff or raster file
  16.         -display the image using the Mac in either dithered, gray-scale, color
  17.         -use the mouse to select rectangular areas
  18.         -select a region number
  19.         -download the rgb values along with the region number for all
  20.          the point to an ascii file
  21.  
  22. I have developed some statistical pattern recognition software but I need
  23. that software to create knowledge base on the Mac.
  24. I have the software doing that on a Silicon Graphics workstation and would
  25. love it on the mac....any help would be helpful even for part of the software.
