- I seem to remember seeing some guidelines for programming and
- program maintenance a few years ago from an "expert". One
- suggestion was that if you had to replace more than xx% of the
- lines in a module, it was better to throw it out and start over
- again. Unfortunately, I don't remember the percentage, or the
- person who said it.
