- I have a PS/2 Model 65sx that is connected via serial port to a terminal
- server. The connection is 19.2kbps, and I'm running OS/2 2.0.
-
- I have trouble downloading at any speed higher than 2400 bps. When I
- try to go faster, I get so many errors that the average CPS rate is
- around 75, no matter what speed I use.
-
- A friend has a very similar setup (Model 55sx, running OS/2 2.0), but he
- has no problems maintaining 1500 cps downloads.
-
- Now, uploads are no problem--they go at around 1400-1500 cps very
- easily.
-
- Is there something wrong with the 65sx in general, or is this a problem
- that I need to have fixed (i.e. send my motherboard back to IBM)?
-
- Any ideas? Please email. Thanks.
