- I run a 25 MHz 386 model 80 and have just the opposite problem.
- Downlaods > 1600 cps are fine but uploads are terrible!
- I think its it's a problem with either my comm software (Telix 3.20)
- or my modem (Dallas 14.4K). I'm going to try different software sometime
- soon. I hope its not my modem.
- Another problem I see is when I turn on screen capture (to file),
- I can have to pause every screen, otherwise it seems to go too fast
- and I get garbled data.
- I've tried COM1 and and expansion card COM2 and COM3 so I really
- don't think its my COM port hardware.
