  18. I use an INFOSYS MCA controller in a Novell 3.11 Server. It is a cached
  19. controller, but does no busmaster DMA. They claim to be as fast as the
  20. AHA1640 with busmaster this way.

  22. After lots of problems with the Adaptec 1640 and virtually no help 
  23. from this wondeful company we trashed our Adaptec and bought the 
  24. Infosys controller. Since then - no problems. It runs like a champ.

  26. If you are a security freak, they even have a controller doing DES  
  27. encryption on the fly...
