- I have an IBM PS/2 55sx and these last two weeks it has been
- acting very strangely. Today was the second time that my computer booted
- up and displayed the message "Bad or missing Command Interpreter".
- After booting from a DOS disk, I findthat all of the files in my
- home directory are gone....no config.sys, no autoexec.bat.....zippo!
- Is the command.com screwy? This gets really ANNOYING!
-
- I have NORTON 6.0 and Norton Anti-Virus....I had been playnig around
- with the Anti-0virus setting just prior to this occurance...even
- in comprehensive scan mode, it dosn't detect a thing!
-
-
- You suggestions/experiences/advice is always appreciated!
-
- Thanks
