- I have been using the version of Superstore that comes with Dr Dos 6 for about
-
- six months on a 386 notebook. I had some about three times. The first two
- times just running CHKDSK /f fixed everything. The last time CHKSDSK /f
- truncated all files on the drive to just over 8k. Still don't know what the
- problem is. I have recently reinstalled it leaving 10MB uncompressed so far
- so good (only two weeks - with fingers crossed). I don't see any slow down
- though.

- With Windows your virtual memory file must be on a non-compressed drive
- otherwise it will goof things up. Also a friend told me that you need to
- make sure and not crash during Windows session as this will also do strange
- things to your compressed drive.
