I used ABC while working over the summer. It's good and I liked it. It is very easy to pick up and produces quality output. (I was using an old version). I'm not sure about exporting (I'm not familiar with WPerf), as it is windows you could easily paste the image to any windows image handler to convert formats (there are plenty of good shareware ones).
Is it worth $$$$, well how much do you want it??
If you want good (but always uniform, not a bad idea) charts...yes.
