- I'm trying to locate a cable for a tape backup drive (Wangtek 5150EQ
- a.k.a. Compaq 150/250). The cable runs between the host adapter and
- the tape drive. It is a fifty connector ribbon cable, straight
- through. Should be about 18 inches, preferably shielded. The
- connector at one end is a female pin connector, with a square notch at
- the top (the key) (like a standard SCSI internal cable):

- The other end is a female card edge connector, keyed after the first
- four connectors (like a floppy diskette connector):

- Does anyone know where I can obtain such a cable? Maybe even in the
- Chicago area? The original is too short (about 10 inches). I think
- that was done for a reason, so I'd like something shielded to replace
- it.
-
- Thanks.
