- In the latest PC World, the Consumer Watch department says it has received
- (and continues to receive) dozens of customer service complaints about
- Fastmicro; that it has been receiving complaints about their new subsidiary,
- Ritemicro, as well; that the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix (where they
- are based) gives both companies an unsatisfactory rating for unresolved
- complaints; and that as of January 1993, neither Fastmicro nor Ritemicro
- advertises in PC World.
-
- Which is not to say that their computers don't run -- I bought a Fastmicro
- a couple of years ago and it worked tolerably well -- but that there are
- probably safer choices for comparable prices, no?
