- I own several Jumbo 120's, and have averaged about 45 to 55 minutes to
- format on each drive since the beginning, regardless of what processor it
- is currently operating under.
- I would suggest that if you have a large number of errors or bad format
- tracks, replace the tape. If it takes too long for a format to take
- place, ( > 1 hr) then you should contact CMS Tech Support, if you can get
- through. The latest version of their software is pretty buggy, so you
- might want to consider an older version, as well.
