  12. A friend of mine is having difficulty getting a Seagate STO-2 SCSI
  13. interface working on his PC. The drive he is connecting is a Quantum
  14. Q280.
  15.  
  16. He is able to format and partition the disk but when he then tries an
  17. MSDOS format of the partition (i.e. format c: /s) he gets track 0
  18. unusable.

  20. Any advice much appreciated.
