  11.    We just discovered that the alias file for support@zeos.com has become
  12. corrupted. If anyone sent email to support over the last few days, please
  13. resend it. We has remade the file and tried to reply to the messages we found
  14. which did not seem to have been answered. However, it is possible that we
  15. missed a couple so please resend the messages. Sorry for the inconvenience and
