  13. And don't forget their lack of any technical genius!  Has anyone called their
  14. Tech Line for support besides me?  The guy on the other end sounded like David
  15. Letterman's "Dumb Guy".

  17. I asked for some help and he quoted from the manual which I had directly in
  18. front of me. I made some other suggestions about what my problem might be and
  19. the guy had no idea at all what I was talking about.  I think the TIME-LIFE
  20. operator Judy could have helped me more!
