- Some of the newer microprocessor controlled monitors have autocentering
- and autosizing.

- But an interesting bit that many people seem to overlook is that with
- cards like the Diamond Speedstar line, or the ATI Ultra line, the setup
- program that configures the appropriate scan rates for each monitor resolution
- ALSO has the option to reposition the image manually (from the controller's
- perspective that is).

- In other words, you can set up the image timing for each mode in such a way
- that the video image is always centered perfectly. With the ATI Ultra line,
- these settings are saved on EEPROM. With Diamond you have to put the VMODE
- TSR in your autoexec (but it's tiny, and doesn't take up much memory at all).
