- I read that yesterday, and it gave me a good laugh. Though I really do think
- the majority of GW systems are shipping out on time - I spoke to someone
- yesterday who ordered a 66V first week of January, was told he'd get it
- first week of February, got it Jan. 15th - anybody who says that they aren't
- having shipping delays is sadly deluded. There's an article in InfoWorld
- this week that tells all about GW's shipping problems and the increasing
- number of customer complaints popping up on bulletin boards. As I've said
- before, though, I think the biggest problem is not the delays - as the PC
- Mag says, Compaq and IBM are also having serious delays - but how GW is
- treating customers re the delays.

- Well, that's merely a sign that over the long haul, GW has treated its
- customers well. Its only recently that all these problems have popped
- up. Hopefully for GW and its customers, they will solve these problems.
