  14. I have two IDE Drives set up on my system---a 340MB Maxtor as the primrary,
  15. and a an 80MB Maxtor as the slave.

  18. I recently moved them to a new case where the 340MB is right on top of the
  19. 80MB drive.
  20.  
  21. The 80MB drive is now starting to generate a large number of TIME-OUT errors
  22. under just about ANY OS I run it under.
  23.  
  24. Is this likely to be caused by the additional heat of the other drive on top
  25. of it, or are we looking ar more serious hardware problems.
