- First, find Win3.1 drivers that are compatible with your OAK video card.
- There may be some avaiable via anonymous ftp at ftp.cica.indiana.edu. New
- drivers should help with your "garbage" problem.

- As far as the screen being "off center", this may be a problem with your
- monitor. Some monitors do not sync well at high resolutions and need the
- help of a utility generally provided by the maker of your video card.
