  12. HELP! I am having a problem with my turbo button; my CPU is stuck at high speed--that is, the turbo button has no effect. I have an AMI BIOS (7-7-91).

  14. According to the mother board manual, it is possible to change the speed by using the keyboard [pressing ctrl-alt-minus to lower the speed or ctrl-alt-plus to increase it] but this, too, is not working.

  16. By the way, the "Optional Chipset Turbo Pin" is set to "Enabled".
