- I'm having some problems in SVGA mode under Windows 3.1. I have a Tatung SVGA
- monitor and an OAK video card with 1 MB DRAM. Normally, I run windows in VGA
- mode, but recently I switched to SVGA mode, using the SVGA driver that comes
- with Windows.
-
- The problems are:
-
- 1) when in Windows, the screen is off-center (it is shifted right of center);
- ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
- 2) after switching to a DOS prompt under Windows and exiting, the screen was
- total garbage. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
- ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
- Can anyone help with these problems? Is it most likely a problem with the
- monitor, the video card, or the Windows SVGA driver? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
-
- Thanks in advance.
