  11. I was wondering if there are laid down standards for IDE hard drives. I know 
  12. that usually, you can run up to two IDE drives with a single IDE card, but 
  13. what I'd like to know is if those two drives must be made by the same 
  14. manufacturer. I currently have a K-Lok 105 MB IDE, and if I get another 
  15. drive, it will probably be Conner or Seagate. I know that the drives have to 
  16. be run as a master and a slave, but can a K-Lok drive be slave to a Conner 
  17. drive, or vice versa?
