- I don't know whether or not this applies in either of your two cases, but
- I remember reading somewhere (I doubt it was in the docs, since they're so
- godawful) that you should turn off the "simultaneous disk drive access"
- option in the setup program if you're having performance problems. Sorry,
- I don't remember much more than this (I don't have a Jumbo, but I tried to
- set one up for someone last summer).

- I think HP recently bought out Colorado Memory Systems; hopefully they'll
- upgrade the dogshit software.

- You might want to try Central Point Backup for Windows (7.2, I think, is the
- most recent version).
