  33. Actually over here (and many other countries as well) we only have trial by
  34. judge, not by jury. A jury is more likely to disbelieve the cheaters if they
  35. say they didn't cheat regardless if they did or did not cheat. So the jury is
  36. unlawfully biased against the cheaters. In a trial by judge the judge is
  37. impartial (well in theory). He has no choice but to presume that the cheaters
  38. are innocent (although he knows they are guilty as hell).
