- Our department just switched from LanManager to Netware 3.11. We have set
- up a dedicated workstation as a print server, and connected a HP 7600 series
- model 355 plotter to it (LPT1 parallel). Users sending print jobs from
- Autocad 11 are experiencing problems. Parts of the drawing may be ommitted
- or in the wrong place. We set the Time Out option in the capture to 25
- seconds and disabled the Autoendcap feature. These changes didn't help.
- The plotting errors don't occur each time. They may plot the same drawing
- three times and get a good one on the third try. Should we have a printer
- definition for the plotter set up in the Printdef database? We went with
- the defaults when setting up the plotter in Pconsole. Any suggestions
- would be much appreciated.
