  12. I've recently installed the numerical library LAPACK (replaces
  13. EISPACK and LINPACK) and noted in the BLAS docs that manufactureres 
  14. may have a specially optimized version of the BLAS available.  (BLAS
  15. stands for Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines I think).

  17. Is there a specially optimized version of the BLAS available for the 700
  18. series machines?
