- Ok, who what where when and why. The questions all reporters put in
- stories, and which HP ALWAYS forgets to put in their packing lists.

- My last and only DART CD, which had no instructions or clues on how
- to use it, ended up corrupting my operating system. I wrapped it in
- lots of packing tape and put environmental hazard warning stickers
- all over it and locked it in a Mosler safe... :-)

- Periodic upgrades are a good idea. But (and this is a BIG but! :-)
- a once a year update should have start-from-the-beginning
- instructions in it, since users can't be expected to remember how to
- do an update after a year or two...
