  18. We have used the Fujitsu M2266S-512 on a 730 with no trouble;
  19. our M2652S-512 (2.0 GB unformatted) disk has given us no end of problems,
  20. but this might be due firmware problems in the disk controller where
  21. it corrupts data under heavy I/O loads. In any case, that drive has
  22. been discontinued (and new firmware is available for it which has
  23. corrected other users problems with that disk on non-HP systems),
  24. and has been replaced with the M2654S-512 (2.4 GB unformatted). We
  25. are going to swap our M2652S-512 for a M2654S-512 next week, so I
  26. can let you know how that goes. The partition on our M2652S-512 that
  27. does light I/O has worked perfectly. We use ours on SCSI-1 since we
  28. don't have the EISA adaptor, but the drive configuration is changed by
  29. jumpers.
