- We have used the Fujitsu M2266S-512 on a 730 with no trouble;
- our M2652S-512 (2.0 GB unformatted) disk has given us no end of problems,
- but this might be due firmware problems in the disk controller where
- it corrupts data under heavy I/O loads. In any case, that drive has
- been discontinued (and new firmware is available for it which has
- corrected other users problems with that disk on non-HP systems),
- and has been replaced with the M2654S-512 (2.4 GB unformatted). We
- are going to swap our M2652S-512 for a M2654S-512 next week, so I
- can let you know how that goes. The partition on our M2652S-512 that
- does light I/O has worked perfectly. We use ours on SCSI-1 since we
- don't have the EISA adaptor, but the drive configuration is changed by
- jumpers.
