  12. Whats the expected life span of the battery in a Casio Databank? Both
  13. my brother and I got one as gifts in Feb. of 1988. Since then my brother
  14. has gone through 2 Databanks and is now using a 'normal' analog watch.
  15. My databank is on its original battery. Also for the first 2 years the
  16. alarm used to go off every day to wake me up in the morning for school. I
  17. used the light quite often. For the last few years I have used the alarm
  18. less frequently, but I still use the light. Just recently the display
  19. started to get noticeable dimmer when I use the light. Also one must
  20. consider that the battery has been draining since the date of manufacture,
  21. not since Feb. 1988.
