- Whats the expected life span of the battery in a Casio Databank? Both
- my brother and I got one as gifts in Feb. of 1988. Since then my brother
- has gone through 2 Databanks and is now using a 'normal' analog watch.
- My databank is on its original battery. Also for the first 2 years the
- alarm used to go off every day to wake me up in the morning for school. I
- used the light quite often. For the last few years I have used the alarm
- less frequently, but I still use the light. Just recently the display
- started to get noticeable dimmer when I use the light. Also one must
- consider that the battery has been draining since the date of manufacture,
- not since Feb. 1988.
