  12. The RC25 was a novel disk drive for its time. As I recall the drive was a Half
  13. width in a 19" rackmount, standard 10.5 inches high. In this you got a fixed
  14. 25Mb, and a removable 25 Mb cartridge. (or it might have been 26Mb). The
  15. cartridges were compact for their day, about the dimensions of a quarto
  16. notepad, but about an inch thick.

  18. THere were UNibus and Qbus controllers for them, and they were the system
  19. drives on the VAX 725, which was a 730, packaged into what was then, a small
  20. box.

  22. We used to have a couple attached to a MicroVAX II at one stage.
