  23. The specifications for the UNIBUS and the QBUS used to be 
  24. published by Digital in the handbooks for the different product 
  25. lines. There was also a little handbook which contained both 
  26. specifications, called the "Bus Handbook". However, all of these 
  27. books have not been printed in years (I keep my copies under 
  28. "lock and key" because I need them).

  30. Some information on the bus structures was published in "Computer 
  31. Engineering: A Digital View of Hardware Design", by Bell, Mudge 
  32. and McNamara, but the handbooks (particular the Bus Handbook and 
  33. the Microcomputer Processor and Interfaces Handbooks for the 
  34. LSI-11 series) went into the extremely low level details of the 
  35. bus structure and implementation.
