- They take ST-506 MFM drives. The RD54 is a Maxtor drive; the RD53 is a
- micropolis. Non-standard drives (i.e. non-DEC equivalent geometries) will
- also work; the uVAX will detect that it doesn't recognize it and ask for
- the geometry. I'm not sure what this actually looks like, as I've never
- done it.

- To format a drive, enter a "T 50" ot "T 51" at the console prompt.
- One of these is a drive verification, the other is a format (I get them
- mixed up as to which is which).
